I am aware of the reservation policy of the open group camping tours when I reserve for this tour: After confirming the tour the full price for the tour has to be in our account 3 weeks before the tour departure. 80% of the total price will be refunded when the tour is cancelled within 2 weeks before departure. 50% of the total price will be refunded when the tour is cancelled within 4 days before departure. No money will be refunded if the tour is cancelled on the day of departure.(required)
