It’s something special to spend New Year’s Eve on a tropical island! We were off to Pasandigan beach with mother and daughter Miriam and Channa from The Netherlands to spend our new year’s there. We took some nice wine and some small fireworks and toasted of course at midnight. Eric lighted the fireworks. We enjoyed watching some fireworks on the other islands in the distance.
The next morning we woke again by the sounds of the monkeys and this time we could see them playing, looking for food and grooming in the trees above our tents, so nice! After breakfast, Miriam and Channa were picked up to go on tour A. We kayaked back to town.
